Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Next Alpha Toys Store! Below is our Shipping Policy to help you understand how and when you will receive your toys.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via email.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

3. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at support@shopnextalpha.com.
